Please read these Conditions d'utilisation carefully before accessing or using SkinsFinder. By creating an account, browsing the platform, or completing any transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. About SkinsFinder

SkinsFinder (https://skinsfinder.org) is a peer-to-peer digital marketplace where users can buy, sell, and trade virtual in-game items for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), Rust, and Dota 2. The platform connects individual sellers with prospective buyers and provides the infrastructure necessary to facilitate secure item exchanges through the Steam trading system.

SkinsFinder is owned and operated by NEXORA DIGITAL LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 16951944, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom.

SkinsFinder operates independently and holds no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement relationship with Valve Corporation, Steam, or any game developer or publisher. All game titles, character names, item descriptions, and associated imagery referenced on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Virtual items traded on SkinsFinder exist within and are governed by the Steam ecosystem and Valve’s own subscriber agreements.

These Conditions d'utilisation, together with our Politique de confidentialité and Politique de remboursement, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and NEXORA DIGITAL LTD (referred to as “SkinsFinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to SkinsFinder is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Age requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering, you confirm that you meet this threshold.
• Steam account: A valid, active Steam account in good standing is mandatory. Accounts that are trade-banned, community-banned, or otherwise restricted by Valve cannot be used on SkinsFinder.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have proper authorisation to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are responsible for confirming that your use of SkinsFinder does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable in your country or region of residence.

Registration is handled through Steam OpenID authentication. When you sign up, SkinsFinder retrieves basic profile data from your Steam account to create your user profile. You agree to keep all profile information current and accurate. Each individual may maintain only one SkinsFinder account. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate suspension.

3. Account Obligations

Once your account is created, you assume full responsibility for its security and for every action taken through it. This obligation applies regardless of whether the activity was performed by you directly or by a third party who gained access to your credentials.

Security requirements:

• Enable and maintain Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on your linked Steam account. Trades cannot be processed securely without Steam Guard active for at least 15 days.
• Keep a valid and up-to-date Steam Trade URL configured in your SkinsFinder account settings at all times. An invalid or expired Trade URL will prevent item delivery.
• Do not share your login credentials, API keys, session tokens, or Trade URL with any third party.
• Use strong, unique passwords for all associated accounts, including your Steam account and email address linked to SkinsFinder.

Nontification duty: If you suspect any unauthorised access, security breach, or suspicious activity involving your SkinsFinder account, you must notify us without delay at info@skinsfinder.org. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notice, but we cannot accept liability for losses that occur before notification.

Account integrity: You agree not to transfer, sell, or lease your SkinsFinder account to another individual. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent termination of the account.

4. Marketplace Transactions

SkinsFinder serves as a neutral intermediary that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Our role is limited to providing the technical infrastructure, escrow functionality, and communication channels necessary for trades to occur.

Purchasing items:

1. Browse the marketplace and add desired items to your cart.
2. Procéder au paiement and complete payment using your platform balance or a supported payment method.
3. Once payment is confirmed, SkinsFinder’s automated system initiates a Steam trade offer to deliver the purchased item to your Steam inventory.
4. You must accept the incoming trade offer within the designated time window. Failure to accept may result in cancellation of the order.

Selling items:

1. List eligible items from your Steam inventory on the SkinsFinder marketplace by setting your desired asking price.
2. When a buyer purchases your listing, you will receive a Steam trade offer requesting the sold item.
3. Accept the trade offer promptly to complete the transaction. The sale proceeds, minus any applicable commission, will be credited to your SkinsFinder balance.
4. If you fail to accept the trade offer within the required timeframe, the sale may be cancelled and repeated failures may result in account restrictions.

Finality of trades: Once a Steam trade offer associated with a SkinsFinder transaction has been accepted by both parties, the transaction is considered final and irreversible. Neither SkinsFinder nor the parties involved can reverse a completed Steam trade. You are encouraged to verify all item details, including name, condition, and any special attributes, before confirming any trade offer.

5. Deposits & Platform Balance

SkinsFinder allows users to deposit funds into their platform balance for the purpose of purchasing virtual items. Deposits may be made using the payment methods available at the time of the transaction, which may include credit and debit cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, and other electronic payment solutions.

The following deposit limits apply:

SkinsFinder reserves the right to modify these limits or restrict specific payment methods at any time, with or without prior notice, in order to comply with regulatory obligations or combat fraud.

Important clarifications regarding your balance:

• Your SkinsFinder balance is not a bank account, deposit account, or electronic money instrument. It represents a pre-paid credit that may only be used within the SkinsFinder platform.
• Balances are non-transferable between user accounts. You may not gift, assign, or otherwise move your balance to another SkinsFinder user.
• Non interest or returns of any kind accrue on funds held in your platform balance.
• SkinsFinder may delay or decline deposits that trigger fraud detection systems or that appear to violate applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Payouts

Users who have accumulated funds in their SkinsFinder balance through sales or other eligible activity may request a withdrawal (payout) subject to the conditions outlined below.

Prerequisites for withdrawal:

• Successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process (see Section 9).
• A verified payout method linked to your account.
• Non outstanding disputes, investigations, or account restrictions.

The following withdrawal limits apply:

Processing times for payouts depend on the chosen withdrawal method and may range from a few hours to several business days. SkinsFinder does not impose its own fees on withdrawal transactions; however, third-party payment providers, banks, or intermediary services may apply their own charges, currency conversion costs, or processing fees over which SkinsFinder has no control.

We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, where additional identity checks are required, or where mandated by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Fees & Pricing

All prices displayed on SkinsFinder are denominated in Euros (EUR). Sellers determine the listing price for their items at their own discretion. SkinsFinder does not set, recommend, or endorse any particular pricing.

Marketplace commission: SkinsFinder charges a commission on completed sales. The applicable commission rate is disclosed to sellers at the point of listing and is deducted automatically from the sale proceeds before crediting the seller’s balance. The commission rate may vary based on item type, value, promotional periods, or seller tier, and SkinsFinder reserves the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice.

Service fees: Certain transactions may be subject to additional service fees, which will always be clearly displayed to you before you confirm the transaction at checkout. No hidden charges will be applied after the fact.

Currency and price accuracy: While SkinsFinder endeavours to display accurate, up-to-date prices, we do not guarantee that all pricing information is free from error at all times. In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected transactions and restore balances to their pre-transaction state.

8. Refunds & Disputes

Due to the nature of digital goods and the irreversibility of Steam trades, the following refund principles apply:

• Completed purchases: Once a Steam trade offer has been accepted and the virtual item has been delivered to your inventory, the transaction is final. No refund will be issued for successfully delivered items.
• Failed deliveries: If a purchased item cannot be delivered due to a system error, seller non-fulfilment, or trade offer expiration, the purchase amount will be returned to your SkinsFinder balance.
• Unused deposit funds: Deposits that have not been used in any transaction may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, subject to review and applicable processing fees. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Promotional credits and bonuses: Any bonus funds, promotional credits, or referral rewards are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Dispute resolution: If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, that an item was misrepresented, or that you have been the victim of fraud on the platform, you may open a dispute by contacting our support team at info@skinsfinder.org. Please include your username, the transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to reach a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made by SkinsFinder following a dispute investigation are final and binding.

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

SkinsFinder is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. To that end, we implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.

When verification is required:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request.
• Before activating selling privileges on the marketplace.
• When your account activity triggers our automated risk thresholds.
• At any time, at SkinsFinder’s sole discretion, as part of ongoing due diligence.

Documents and information you may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photographic identification document (passport, national ID card, or driving licence).
• Verification of your email address.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• A selfie or live photograph for facial comparison against your submitted ID.
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes or patterns warrant additional scrutiny.

Consequences of non-compliance: If you refuse to provide requested verification documents, provide falsified or altered documents, or fail to complete the verification process within the given timeframe, SkinsFinder may restrict your account functionality, withhold pending payouts, or permanently close your account. Funds remaining in a closed account due to KYC failure will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SkinsFinder solely for its intended purpose: the lawful buying, selling, and trading of virtual in-game items. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and deception: Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, listing counterfeit or non-existent items, or manipulating transaction records.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime, structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or facilitate any form of illicit financial activity.
• Exploitation of vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, errors, or security vulnerabilities in the platform, whether for personal gain or otherwise. You must report any discovered vulnerabilities to us promptly.
• Data harvesting and scraping: Using automated scripts, crawlers, bots, or any other means to extract, scrape, copy, or index data from SkinsFinder without our express written permission.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, posing as another user, a SkinsFinder employee, or any other individual or entity.
• Harassment and abuse: Threatening, harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to bypass account suspensions, trade restrictions, geographic blocks, rate limits, or any other safeguard implemented by SkinsFinder.
• Automation and bots: Deploying bots, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place orders, snipe listings, or perform any action that a human user would normally carry out manually, unless explicitly authorised by SkinsFinder in writing.
• Market manipulation: Coordinating with other users or using multiple accounts to artificially inflate or deflate item prices, create false demand, or engage in wash trading.
• Illegal activity: Using SkinsFinder for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

SkinsFinder reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

Platform ownership: All content, features, functionality, design elements, software, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, and other materials comprising the SkinsFinder platform are the exclusive property of NEXORA DIGITAL LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in any part of the platform is transferred to you by virtue of these Terms or your use of the service.

User-generated content: By submitting, posting, or displaying any content on SkinsFinder (including but not limited to profile information, item descriptions, and communications), you grant NEXORA DIGITAL LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

Third-party intellectual property: Game titles, item names, character designs, artwork, and all related assets for Counter-Strike 2, Rust, Dota 2, and other Valve titles are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation and/or their respective creators. SkinsFinder’s use of these names and images is for descriptive and referential purposes only.

Virtual item ownership: Trading virtual items on SkinsFinder does not confer intellectual property rights over those items. Virtual items remain subject to Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement and the terms of the applicable game. Your rights in virtual items are limited to the licence granted by Valve, and SkinsFinder makes no representations regarding the nature or extent of those rights.

12. Disclaimers & Liability

Service provided “as is”: SkinsFinder is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXORA DIGITAL LTD disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.

Non availability guarantee: We do not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. SkinsFinder may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, server failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions but accept no liability for losses arising from unavailability.

Third-party dependencies: SkinsFinder relies on external services, including Steam’s API, payment processors, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or actions of these third-party services. Changes to Steam’s trading system, API, or policies may affect SkinsFinder functionality, and we bear no responsibility for such changes.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, NEXORA DIGITAL LTD, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of virtual items, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of SkinsFinder, regardless of the legal theory and whether or not NEXORA DIGITAL LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to SkinsFinder in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Euros (€100).

Force majeure: NEXORA DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or disruptions to the Steam platform.

13. Account Suspension

SkinsFinder may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Conditions d'utilisation.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a valid request or order from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Association of your Steam account with trade bans, VAC bans, or community bans that compromise the integrity of the marketplace.

Effect on your balance: Where an account is suspended for investigation, your balance will be frozen for the duration of the review. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your balance and account access will be restored. In cases of confirmed violation, SkinsFinder reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance as a measure against abuse, subject to applicable law. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than user misconduct, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate method, minus any outstanding fees or obligations.

Right to appeal: If your account is suspended or terminated, you may submit a written appeal to info@skinsfinder.org within thirty (30) days of the action. Your appeal should include your username, a detailed explanation of the circumstances, and any supporting evidence. SkinsFinder will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of the appeal review is at the sole discretion of SkinsFinder and constitutes a final decision.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Conditions d'utilisation, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the following:

• If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
• Nonthing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings before any competent court where mandatory applicable law requires it.

Alternative dispute resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@skinsfinder.org to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, EU-resident consumers may submit complaints through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. SkinsFinder is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless required by applicable law.

15. Amendments & Contactez-nous

Right to modify: NEXORA DIGITAL LTD reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Conditions d'utilisation at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication on the platform unless otherwise specified.

Nontification of material changes: Where changes are substantive in nature — such as modifications to fees, liability provisions, dispute resolution mechanisms, or user rights — we will provide at least fourteen (14) days’ advance notice before the revised Terms take effect. Notice may be delivered via email to the address associated with your account, through an in-platform notification banner, or by prominent display on the SkinsFinder website. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using SkinsFinder and close your account.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Conditions d'utilisation, together with the Politique de confidentialité, Politique de remboursement, and any supplementary terms or policies published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXORA DIGITAL LTD regarding your use of SkinsFinder, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
